Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and define job requirements.
Regularly report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
Support the engagement, employer branding, and learning & development initiatives.
Job Requirements
Min. 3 years of experience in a talent acquisition role within a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Mass hiring experience is preferable
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment
Had experience with employer branding initiatives
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Familiar with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
