Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients to understand their business needs and ensure service delivery.
Manage client billing processes, including invoicing and payment tracking.
Monitor and analyze client accounts to ensure accurate and timely billing.
Work closely with the sales and finance teams to resolve any billing issues.
Prepare and present reports on client accounts and billing status.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
Experience in client relations, billing, or account management.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
