- Customer Engagement:

- Performance Analysis:
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing efforts.

Job Requirements :
- Hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as Brand Manager / Marketing manager / Social media manager, with experience in leading a team.
- Passion for the FnB industry and a deep understanding of current trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, from concept to launch.
- Proficiency in Campaign Management.
- Fluent in English is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google & Microsoft Office Suite (Google Sheet, Google Slides, Google Docs, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
