Job Description

  • Strategy Development:
  1. Assist in the creation of marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  2. Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Campaign Management:
  1. Plan, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
  2. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on analytics and feedback.”
  • Content Creation:
  1. Develop compelling marketing content, including brochures, websites, and social media posts.
  2. Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce high-quality materials.
  • Budget Management:
  1. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and tracking expenses.
  2. Report on budget performance and ROI of marketing initiatives.”
  • Brand Management:
  1. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
  2. Assist in developing branding strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaboration:
  1. Work closely with live streaming host and customer service teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  2. Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for specialized marketing services.”
  • Digital Marketing:
  1. Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies.
  2. Analyze website and campaign analytics to inform future strategies.”
  • Customer Engagement:
  1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  2. Manage customer feedback channels to improve products and services based on user input.”
  • Performance Analysis:
  1. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing efforts.
  2. Use data to derive insights and make informed decisions for future campaigns.”
  • Training and Development:
  1. Mentor and support junior marketing staff and interns.
  2. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance marketing strategies.

 

Job Requirements :

  • Hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as Brand Manager / Marketing manager / Social media manager, with experience in leading a team.
  • Passion for the FnB industry and a deep understanding of current trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, from concept to launch.
  • Proficiency in Campaign Management.
  • Fluent in English is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google & Microsoft Office Suite (Google Sheet, Google Slides, Google Docs, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
