Job Requirements :
- Event Planning and Execution
- – Plan, organize, and execute events (online and offline) to promote community interaction and brand awareness.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and budgeting.
- Oversee event setup, operations, and breakdown.
- Community Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community members by responding to questions, moderating discussions, and promoting positive interactions by WhatsApp Groups.
- Develop strategies to grow and nurture the community.
- Monitor and respond to feedback across various platforms, including social media and forums.
- Content Creation and Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
- Manage event and community calendars.
- Plan and post all events on social media platforms to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Partnership Management
- Collaborate with KOL Specialist teams to build partnerships with relevant stakeholders, influencers, and sponsors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align community and event strategies with company objectives.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Track key performance metrics for events and community activities.
- Prepare reports and provide insights for future improvements.
