Responsibilities :
- Research and identify potential KOLs (influencers, bloggers, celebrities, and industry experts) who align with the brand’s target audience and values.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, ensuring effective collaboration and long-term partnerships.
- Develop and implement KOL marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand awareness, drive sales, and promote products or services.
- Coordinate and execute KOL collaborations from start to finish, including negotiating terms, overseeing content creation, and ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with KOLs to ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines, messaging, and objectives. Review and approve content before publishing.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of KOL campaigns, including metrics like reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI. Use this data to optimize future campaigns.
- Manage the KOL marketing budget and ensure campaigns are executed efficiently, maximizing ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or a related field. Previous experience managing influencer campaigns or working with KOLs is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), their algorithms, and trends. Experience with social media analytics tools is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively negotiate with and build relationships with KOLs, as well as collaborate with internal teams.
- Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand partners.
- Ability to track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize future efforts.
- Ability to think creatively and out-of-the-box when developing campaigns and collaborating with KOLs to ensure the content resonates with the target audience.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure the best possible terms for KOL partnerships and collaborations.
